RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qualification Manager to join our clients team. As the Qualification Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the qualification and certification processes for our clients. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, design qualification programs, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to assess their qualification and certification requirements
• Design and implement qualification programs that meet industry standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations
• Monitor and enforce compliance with qualification and certification processes
• Provide guidance and support to clients and internal teams on qualification-related matters
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of qualification processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in qualification requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the recruitment or training industry
• Strong knowledge of qualification and certification processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
