QA Consultant– International at Rewardsco

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess all agents according to specific requirements
• Report on agent and campaign performance with regards to outcomes, results and trends
• Provide QA briefing or training as required
• Conduct and complete investigations as requested, within the turnaround times
• Ensure client requirements are fulfilled as per SLA agreement

Technical Knowledge:

• Matric (grade 12)
• Minimum of 1 year International QA experience
• Must have experience in the UK and USA campaigns
• Experience with motor warranty campaign specifics or Auto Alliance is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office – able to work on spreadsheets and generate reports
