Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Typically in finance, property development, economics, or a related field.

Duties and Responsibilities    

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Develop and analyse detailed financial models to evaluate the viability of our development projects.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand demographics, trends, and economic factors influencing our projects.
• Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence on potential development or acquisition opportunities, including feasibility studies.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for our Group Executive, including financial forecasts and market assessments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our senior property and projects teams, as well as the Group Executive, to drive successful development initiatives.
