    Motor Assessing Team Manager

    What will you do?

    • The Motor Assessing Team Manager is responsible for supervising Motor Assessors and/or clerical staff. Responsible for the investigation, settlement and repairs of claims under motor policies.

    Minimum Qualification Required

    • Matric certificate
    • VDQ member
    • Audatex

    Minimum Experience

    • 6 years in an Assessing role
    • 1  year Management role
    • Preferably a qualified panel beater with specialist knowledge to accurately assess motor vehicle damage

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Claims settlements of a complex nature
    • Payment approval and rejections
    • Automotive Damage Claims
    • Assessing and processing of claims
    • Operate within claims guidelines and compliance
