    Project Manager

    Purpose: The Sales department is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and drive projects for customer pitches and successful launches across categories.

    Role Objectives:

    • Manage Libstar export projects
    • Oversee Brand & Private Label (PL) launches
    • Serve as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders
    • Support the New Business Development manager
    • Solve problems effectively

    Key Functional Areas:

    New Business Development & Incubation:

    • Support the New Business Development manager
    • Coordinate tradeshow lead activities
    • Adapt pitch presentations and concepts on PowerPoint
    • Generate sales information to assist customer decision-making (logistical details, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), shipping costs)
    • Liaise with stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation
    • Manage and drive internal teams to execute all relevant stages of the process within deadlines to ensure on-time launches that meet customer and export requirements, including:
      • Developing brief information
      • Coordinating translations as needed
      • Overseeing label development
      • Monitoring and evaluating project performance

    New Branded Product Implementation:

    • Drive new products through the sales process to ensure effective launches
    • Consolidate and manage demand planning for brand launches and incubation
    • Ensure the sales team has all necessary tools to support pitches (e.g., marketing materials, samples, logistical information, pricing)
    • Facilitate thorough communication related to new products between internal customer-focused and operational departments to ensure successful launches
    • Collect market feedback for New Product Development (NPD) & Marketing
    • Troubleshoot to maximize success
    • Report on Return on Investment (ROI) against targets

    Education & Required Knowledge:

    • Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Commercial Exposure, or Product Development (advantageous) with 2 to 5 years of related experience
    • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
    • Intermediate Excel proficiency
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
