Key Performance Areas

Project Related:

• Retrieve and document project requirements
• Establish deliverables for received Scope of Work
• Source pricing and timing estimates
• Issue quotations and liaise with clients
• Process orders and coordinate deliveries
• Ensure invoicing and effective communication
• Track project progress and report to Senior Manager

Project Team and Divisional Related:

• Administrate Divisional PPE, Equipment, Accommodation
• Support coordination of Divisional and Project functions

 General:

• Coordinate and review monthly Divisional data
• Administrate establishment of facilities, equipment, or infrastructure

Qualifications

• Matric / relevant qualification
• Basic or short courses in Project Management (advantageous)

Experience

• At least 8 years of administration / coordination experience
• Experience in Industrial Plant Projects (advantageous)
• Proven track record of administration and project coordination activities, with references
