    Professional Officer

    Requirements

    •  Relevant Bachelor’s degree
    •  At least five (5) years’ experience in negotiations and conflict
    • resolution environment
    •  Exposure to and experience obtained in the operations of the
    • minibus-taxi industry will be advantageous
    •  A valid driver’s licence.

    Key Performance Areas

    •  Facilitating all the processes required for effective industry transformation
    •  Responsible for the contract management processes as it relates to the MyCiTi service
    •  Ensuring complex response handling and information sharing is facilitated for the functioning of the Department
    •  Providing professional support in the management of a strategy for the taxi industry and negotiations
