Description

• Supervise the Rubber and Chrome Shop to ensure quality components are delivered to Assembly and Warehouse, as dictated by our internal and external Customers.
• Plan and coordinate the manufacturing of all raw material and semi-finished components to finished components.
• Maintain accurate data sheets and assist with fault finding where necessary.

Related Experience

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar environment (Engineering) preferably rubber industry in a supervisory capacity.
• Planning experience would be an added advantage

Educational Requirements

• Grade 12 with a Supervisory qualification
• Qualification in rubber technology would be an advantage

Special Requirements

• Computer literate i.e. Microsoft packages and E1
• Efficient Organizer
• Quality orientated and diligent in his job
• Must be a self-starter and willing to take responsibility.
