Production Operator at Givaudan

In this role you will:

• Perform basic operation of designated machines and production equipment such as mixing tanks, sieves, scales, tablet, weighing stations, etc.
• You will collect intermediates or raw materials, move and load it onto production machines.
• You will understand bill of materials and/or formula specifications. You will accurately read control instruments and accurate records for all operations as required. You will assist in performing in-process quality testing to ensure customer specifications are met.
• You will proactively identify process improvements. You will participate in Lean activities in designated areas.

Your professional profile includes:

• Matric
• At least 1 year of experience in flavour, ingredient, food or chemical manufacturing preferred
• Forklift operating skills preferred
• Basic PC skills, including competency in MS Office products
• Positive Attitude
• Self and goal driven
• Willing to go an extra mile
