    Product Coordinator: Infants SBU

    Qualifications    
    Essential:

    • A Grade 12 certificate is an essential requirement

    Preferred:

    • A tertiary qualification in Retail, Administration, Marketing, or Buying would be beneficial

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    • Proficiency in the latest Microsoft applications(Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
    • Excellent planning, organising & time management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
    • High energy level, is performance-driven and deadline-orientated

    • Strong sense of integrity

    EXPERIENCE required:

    • Previous experience (at least 2 years) in an administrative and/or coordinating role within a retail/ buying/ marketing environment.

    Key Responsibilities    

    • To ensure all marketing activities and initiatives, planned and ad-hoc, are aligned with the signed-off seasonal strategy

    To coordinate & deliver agreed/signed off input for the following processes:

    • Merchandise lists and product samples to the VM and/or Marketing teams
    • For the Monthly Promotions Manual to the VM and/or Marketing teams as requested by the Buying Manager
    • For Editorial requests to Marketing teams
    • For Digital requests to the digital team
    • To support the departments in the tracking and monitoring of the inflow of promotions
    • To link promotions on the relevant systems
    • To prepare monthly marketing tracking sheets
    • To collate, coordinate & obtain sign off for the seasonal look
    • VM (Store communication)
    • Marketing (Queries)
