Procurement Manager: Citrus at Helderberg Personnel

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage with citrus growers and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize cost and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement within the agricultural or fruit industry, with a focus on citrus.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of agricultural practices, market dynamics, and supply chain management.
