    Process Digitisation Engineer

    Qualifications / Certifications required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business administration or related field
    • Relevant certifications in process management, business analysis or digital transformation

    Experience required:

    • Minimum 3 years working experience in process engineering, business analysis, process architecture, user experience design within Banking sector
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing digital solutions for process optimisation
    • Strong understanding of business process analysis and process excellence
    • Proficiency in digital transformation and automation technologies
    • Experience with process mapping and modeling tools
    • Knowledge of digital technologies like RPA, AI, Cloud, Workflow, NLP etc. will be advantageous.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
    • Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation (PDD, BRD, FRD)
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    Responsibilities of role:

    Process analysis and optimisation:

    • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for digital transformation
    • Map current processes and develop future-state process models
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives

    Digital solution design:

    • Design and develop digital solutions to automate and optimise business processes. 
    • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for process digitisation
    • Develop technical specifications and documentation for digital solutions

    Implementation and integration:

    • Lead the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
    • Configure and customize software applications to meet process requirements
    • Oversee the testing and validation of digital solutions to ensure functionality and performance

    Continuous improvement:

    • Monitor the performance of digital solutions and identify areas for improvement
    • Stay updated with industry trends in process digitisation
    • Implement best practices for process digitisation and automation
