Principal ERP Analyst- Real Estate Management at City of Cape Town

Requirements

•  Minimum National diploma supported by industry specific/related
• qualifications and relevant experience. Applicants with higher
• tertiary qualifications (e.g. B degree) will be given preference
•  Minimum of six (6) years’ relevant experience in providing and
• supporting SAP functions
•  Experience in PSRM records and case management
•  Experience in SAP RE-FX and LUM
•  Experience of methodical project management
•  Be familiar with the key business analysis disciplines.

Key Performance Areas

•  Develop and deliver business solutions for business requirements
• across functional streams, to provide an expert resource service, in
• meeting business needs
•  Gather, research, interpret, analyse complex business requirements,
• and recommend solutions across ERP
•  Ensure effective delivery of projects and programmes
•  Provide client liaison services, business owner and user support,
• ensuring effective use of the system and client satisfaction.
•  Maintain and develop skills to meet the standards required by
• business regarding their needs
•  Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing commitment
• of stakeholders.
