    Principal Clerk

    Job Purpose    

    • To ensure that the related/specified duties are expedited and timeously undertaken.

    Key Responsibility Areas    

    • Conducting investigations. Assisting in the rectification process.
    • Ensuring that rental accounts are up to date to enable the sale to proceed.
    • Interviewing and providing information on council loan to tenants and purchasers.
    • Extracting property files.
    • Instructing conveyancers by forwarding signed purchase and sale agreements with id copies, status affidavits as well as supporting documents e.g. marriage certificates , death certificate etc and prepares consents to transfer in the transfer of properties in respect of cash and bonds.
    • Performing other related duties of the post

    Essential Requirements    

    • Matric/Grade 12.
    • 12 Months relevant experience.

    Preferred Requirements    

    • Matric/Grade 12 plus relevant certificate accredited by SAQA.
    • 18 Months relevant experience
