    Power Platform Support Engineer

    Requirements:

    • Can handle tickets that come in across apps
    • Data config issues – will be handled by another team
    • Autonomous in chasing other people and being proactive
    • Good writing skills – knowledge base articles to facilitate ticket resolution for other support company to follow
    • Anything that requires development to be resolved by dev team
    • Some understanding of PP is ideal to do some triage work
    • "traffic control"
