Plant Supervisor at Network Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate administration, production, quality and maintenance of the plant and vehicles under his control.
• Manage the training and development of staff on the operation under his control.
• Manage the industrial relationship issues on the operations under his control.
• Manage allocated budget and ensure that all budget constraints; re-forecast requirements are adhered too.
• Manage and co-ordinate Health, Safety and Quality programmes and issues on the operations under his control

Education:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• At least 5 years’ experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete Industry
• Prior experience as a Plant Supervisor in the Ready-mix Concrete Industry
• Prior experience in the construction industry essential
