• Another amazing opportunity bought to you by NTS Group. This time it's working within a Global FMCG Giant! We are looking to hire a People & Culture Director South & East Africa based in South Africa.

What You Will Be Doing

• In this role you will be responsible for all People and Culture activities of South and East Africa entities with a focus on recruitment, employee performance, execution of learning & development activities within dedicated departments, regions and countries, end-to-end career management, and implementation of all organization design changes. You will be also responsible for the deployment of all Employer Branding activities and D&I focus areas in addition to other strategic processes related to all P&C areas in the respective department. This includes the preparation and the leading of ASP plans for P&C.

What You Will Bring

• You will be degree educated with a min of 15-20 years of experience within various roles across the HR function. You will be a true leader with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You should have been operating at a senior level (head or Director) for at least the last 5-8 years. This is a heavyweight HR Director role and requires only the best to apply.
