    Part Sales Manager, Africa

    You will : 

    • Grow parts and attachment sales
    • Set dealer’s sales targets and motivate dealer’s parts sales teams
    • Oversee dealer’s inventory management and stock control
    • Drive and boost usage of parts international challenge : Master Program
    • Implement and train dealers on parts dedicated Manitou IT tools 
    • Organize your travel plan across the region
    • Visit dealers and customers 60% of you time or more
    • Participate to national and international exhibitions wherever necessary
    • Monitor and analyze parts sales performance and trends
    • Ensure regular feedback and reviews of your business 

    You are : 

    • Open minded on a variety of culture and a good listener
    • Minded in exceeding sales budgets and targets
    • Knowledgeable on parts inventory control
    • Solution provider with excellent customer service skills
    • Organized and able to manage large databases
    • Keen to analyze data and very comfortable with IT tools
    • Able to communicate effectively in both French and English
    • Team player
    • Self starter

    In this position, you will have contacts with a great amount of external stakeholders:

    • Dealer’s principal
    • Dealer’s parts teams (Outside sales, warehouse managers, marketing & after sales.
    • Key accounts & dealer’s end customers
