    Paid Digital Marketing Specialist

    Description

    • The incumbent would be required responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels. The successful candidate will work closely with our Marketing team to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads and sales. 

     

    Interpersonal and team relationships

    • Build, support and maintain interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.

    Personal development

    • Complete Individual Development Plan. Attend learning and development courses. Participate in peer and team learning initiatives.

    Budget Compliance

    • Comply with work rules, standards and methods. Take care to minimize waste. 
    • Develop and Implement Paid Advertising Campaigns
    • Developing and implementing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels.
    • Conducting research, create AD copy, and develop creative assets for campaigns.

    Optimise Campaigns for Maximum Performance

    • Optimising campaigns for maximum performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CR, ROAS, and CPA on a monthly basis.
    • Analysing campaign data and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.

    Collaborate with Other Teams

    • Collaborating with other teams such as Content, Design, and Development to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the Company's overall marketing strategy.

    Monitor Campaign Budgets

    • Monitoring campaign budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivering results within budget constraints.

    Stay Up-to-Date with the Latest Trends

    • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and digital marketing.
    • Attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions as needed.

    Report Campaign Performance

    • Providing regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders, including Senior Management. This will include metrics such as CTR, CPC, CR, ROAS, and CPA, as well as insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Conduct A/B Testing

    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve performance. This includes testing different ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to determine which versions perform better.

    Develop and Maintain Relationships with Vendors

    • Develop and maintaining relationships with vendors such as Google and Facebook, and work with them to ensure that campaigns are optimized and delivering results.

    Manage Multiple Campaigns

    • Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring that they are all delivering results and meeting KPIs.

    Requirements
    Qualifications

    • National Senior Certificate - Essential
    • National Diploma in Marketing - Essential

    Experience

    • 3-5 years in Paid Media Specialist / Digital advertising - Essential

     

    Computer Literacy

    • MS Office Suite - Advanced
    • Google Ad Manager - Intermediate
    • Facebook Ads -   Advanced
    • LinkedIn Ads -   Advanced
    • Digital Advertising -   Advanced
