Job Description    

• Design and develop innovative packaging solutions for the business.
• Create packaging specifications with the relevant graphics software.
• Manage the qualification and certification of packaging.
• Ensure packaging compliance.
• Non-conformance resolution on quality or supplier concerns.
• Coordinate / Conduct supplier quality audits.
• Supplier quality performance information gathering and reporting.
• Work alongside key stakeholders to create and maintain an innovation and sustainability focused strategy for packaging.
• Maintain awareness of global market trends and new technologies to ensure company packaging knowledge is relevant.

Qualifications & Experience    

• Matric.
• NDip/BTech/BSc in Engineering/Science, Packaging Diploma would be advantageous.
• Computer literate.
• Familiar with artwork design software would be advantageous.
• Hazardous Goods Training would be advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license.
