Operator Packing at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Pack finished product on various FAWEMA packing machines.
• Reach production target per shift.
• Ensure continuous quality & weight monitoring and recording of results
• Ensure food safety and hygienic work area is maintained at all times.
• Report all production downtime to shift Supervisors timeously.
• Record and analyze downtime reasons on Operator sheet.
• Deep cleansing of machine and area to improve housekeeping and control infestation.
• Adhoc duties requested by HOD and packing / Superintendent.
• Invocom participation and facilitation.

Qualification Requirements

• Grade 12

Experience Requirements

• At least 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG environment / Milling Industry

Other Requirements

• 5-day position
• May be required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per roster.
