Operations Manager at Quest Staffing Solutions

Role Overview:

• Manage the sale of a range of financial products to customers in an affinity database, using the telephone as a marketing medium.
• MUST have a CLEAR Credit and Criminal Record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure practices comply with internal guidelines and external regulations.
• Develop innovative ways to improve procedures.
• Provide detailed information and advice to clients and customers.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting on contracts, investments, and sales.
• Respond to client queries and issues.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with managers and project leads to ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and identify issues.
• Escalate incidents immediately when required.
• Produce daily, monthly, and annual reconciliation reports.
• Provide training to users.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• First degree in Business Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience with systems such as BDA, IPS, and Shareforce.
• Strong knowledge of asset classes, products, client sectors, market trends, and competitor awareness in the region.
• Thorough understanding of risk and regulatory environments.
• Experience in client-facing roles such as Operations, Services, or Client Experience within Financial Services.
• Proven experience in managing stakeholders and understanding client needs.
