    Operations Consultant - Sandton

    Role Purpose    

    • Provide client support services in a timely, accurately and professional manner. Build positive and productive relationships with individual and corporate clients. Manage and grow corporate clients’ portfolios. Maintain existing client base, retain and cross sell. Generate potential leads for advisors. Act as primary contact person for client inquiries and facilitate claims.

    Requirements    

    • Matric/Senior Certificate
    • FAIS Compliant essential (minimum of 120 credits)
    • RE
    • Computer literate [MS Word, MS Excel, Policy Management system (in-house)]
    • 3 years work experience in short term insurance
    • Customer service orientated
    • Excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette, bilingualism
    • Able to handle pressure
    • Planning and organising skills
    • Good negotiation skills
