    Operations and Technical Specialist Team Lead (DBN)

    You Bring:

    • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in operations management and/or technical support.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ITIL).
    • Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively.

    What You’ll Do:

    Optimise Operational Processes:

    • Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
    • Conduct data analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

    Technical Leadership:

    • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients.
    • Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems.
    • Ensure efficient troubleshooting methodologies are established within the team.

    Team Management:

    • Lead and motivate a team of Operations and Technical Specialists.
    • Assign tasks, provide coaching and development opportunities.
    • Monitor performance and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

    Project Management:

    • Manage projects related to process improvement and new technology implementation.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet established goals.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Actively seek feedback to identify areas for improvement in both operations and team dynamics.
    • Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
