    Operations Analyst (Investments)

    • As an Operations Analyst, you will contribute to the development and promotion of robust operating procedures, ensuring an efficient, responsive, and process-driven operations team.
    • You’ll handle daily operational activities, manage reconciliations, and investigate variances while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
    • By sharing your knowledge and collaborating with internal teams, you will help enhance business processes and support the organization’s growth, enriching the lives of all stakeholders.

    What you’ll need

    • To succeed in this role, you should possess a completed BCom (Hons) or a relevant finance qualification, coupled with a minimum of 2 years experience in the financial services sector, particularly in operations within fund management. Proficiency in reconciliations and cash management is essential, as are relevant computer skills. Familiarity with custodians and knowledge of market operations will be advantageous.
