    NCA Marketing Manager

    Job Description    

    Create and execute the digital marketing strategy for the small business segment to drive acquisition at scale of Sage cloud native solutions.This role is directly responsible for ensuring alignment and execution of digital marketing activities across the segment, leveraging insights to optimise the digital experience across the website, campaign pages and e-commerce platform to maximise conversion to sales.

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Define, deliver and implement an omni-channel marketing strategy that integrates both online and offline channels, including ATL, SEO, PPC, Programmatic, webinars, emails, social media and customer references to deliver quality web traffic to achieve e-commerce goals
    • Drive and implement improvements in digital journeys, customer discovery and conversion through the marketing funnel
    • Work with digital teams to ensure web content and journeys are continuously optimised, kept up to date, fully localised and relevant to the audience
    • Provide support, input, and influence all digital marketing activities across the small segment, based on relevant insights generated, with the aim of improving digital marketing activities
    • Own and implement the segment search strategy
    • Track, measure, analyse and report on effectiveness of demand creation campaigns and impact on pipeline, making recommendations for future programs and investments
    • Champion best in class digital marketing practices, inspire digital-first thinking, drive digital marketing initiatives and innovation through e-commerce
    • Be an expert in automation through the use of Eloqua (or equivalent marketing automation tool)
    • Own the pipeline for a product, ensuring adequate pipeline coverage
    • Accurate budget management and allocation for marketing activities driven by data and ROI
    • Have a deep understanding of the segment target persona and work with Product marketing to refine this for use in demand generation campaigns
    • Monitor, analyse and represent campaign results to the business with continuous optimisation from both data and feedback from internal stakeholders
    • Be the business partner to the sales team, supporting achievement of business objectives
    • Competent at writing, proofing and editing copy for all forms of communication
