• The role of a Teleconsultant is one that demands utmost professionalism, integrity and a customer-centric approach. A Teleconsultant  builds trust with their clients telephonically by engaging them in a respectful manner and ensuring they are offered financial products in line with their needs.
• The role calls for formal in-house training in conjunction with continuous on the job coaching and development.
• As a Teleconsultant with Old Mutual, you will represent the ideals and values to which the company has subscribed for over 175 years – Integrity, Professionalism, Customer-first
• As a Teleconsultant you will be responsible for marketing Old Mutual products to new and existing clients telephonically, in line with the clients needs and financial goals, to enable positive financial futures and protection of assets and estate.
• As a financial services professional, you will be accountable for maintaining superior service delivery to your customers, through effective personal time and task management.

Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12
• 2 Years outbound call centre sales experience
• Previous financial services experience required
• Retail Mass Market product knowledge and experience advantageous
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
