Mechanical Supervisor at Mondi Group

Your mission:

• Supervise all aspects of the team’s health, safety, environmental and quality requirements
• Ensure cost effective team operations by allocating resources, prioritizing work and maximizing plant availability
• Foster and maintain customer and supplier relations
• Implement team KPI’s that are aligned to the departmental plan   
• Technical team support in shared maintenance activities
• Allocate team resources to areas where required to ensure optimum availability and efficiency of equipment
• Deliver weekly and monthly maintenance team reports
• Effective team supervision of the CMS workshop team

Your profile:

• Matric plus N4 (Supervisory Management).
• Mechanical Trade Certificate.
• National Diploma (Pulp & Paper) advantageous.
• 5 years’ experience in a heavy industry environment.
• 1 – 2 Years leadership experience would be advantageous.
• Experience within the Pulp & Paper industry and relevant equipment advantageous.
