    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • An International client in the Insurance sector is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic remote marketing team, communicate with stakeholders and oversee marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and business growth in Australia and New Zealand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing remote marketing team.
    • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and align marketing efforts with strategic goals.
    • External Engagement: Coordinate with external stakeholders in Australia and New Zealand.
    • Workflow Management: Prioritize tasks and manage resources for maximum productivity.
    • Reporting: Present comprehensive reports on marketing activities and ROI.
    • Budget Control: Monitor and report on marketing budgets.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
    • 3+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role.
    • Proven leadership skills with remote teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in managing international stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in marketing workflows and task prioritization.
    • Ability to develop and present marketing reports.

    Technical Skills:

    • MS Office
    • Google Suite (Analytics, Ads, Looker Studio, etc.)
    • Meta
    • SEMrush
    • HubSpot
    • WordPress
    • Project Management tools (MS Planner, Monday.com, etc.)
    • MS Teams or Slack

    Additional Information:

    • Preferred location: George, South Africa or willingness to relocate to George.
    • Flexibility to work international hours.
