• We are looking for a zealous Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing department of our company with its marketing activities with a key focus on email marketing and social media. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our recruitment consultants and internal team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and create engaging content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Email Marketing:
• Create and design emails that are visually appealing, engaging and effective in driving leads and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making recommendations for adjustments and improvements as needed.
• Keep up to date with email marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve the effectiveness of our campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms.
• Collaborate with consultants to create marketing materials.
• Update and maintain the company website with current job listings and content.

Skills and Experience:

• Digital Strategy: Investigate and propose new and better systems and methods to handle marketing, sales and keep up to pace with recruitment trends.
• Data Analytics and Reporting: Compiling email marketing statistics and analytics
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy.
• Exposure to and knowledge of CRM’s: Zoho experience would be preferred, as well as exposure to other useful Platforms such as Google Workplace, Slack etc.
• Social Media: Further establish the brands and online presence on various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.
• SEO: Optimising the company’s presence to attract prospective candidates and clients
• Content Generation: creating and maintaining various templates which include but is not limited to company profiles, CI documents, consultant templates and proposals to clients.
• Advertising: posting job adverts on various job portals and company websites
• Design: Canva proficiency is required
• Flexible Workplace arrangements: Remote/Work-from home/Hybrid and Office Based Options are available for this Position, based on performance outcomes as well as specific Project requirements.
• Growth Areas: Exposure to USA, UK as well as other International Markets, working on a Global Scale.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Completed bachelor’s degree or 3-year Diploma from a reputable Institution.
• Comprehensive understanding of Social Media platforms and Email Marketing best practices is required.
• Experience with WordPress & Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
