• Reporting to the Manager: Marketing Operations, the key performance indicators include but are not limited to:

Interpersonal and team relationships

• Building, supporting and maintaining interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.

Personal development

• Completing Individual Development Plan.
• Attending learning and development courses.
• Participating in peer and team learning initiatives.

Budget Compliance

• Compiling with work rules, standards and methods.
• Taking care to minimise waste. 

Marketing

• Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns.
• Assisting with and collating findings of data analyses and market research.
• Writing targeted content for website, blogs and/or any other platforms, when and if required.
• Contributing to internal reporting on marketing campaigns.
• Reporting on success by monitoring key metrics/show ratings.
• Creating content for social media channels.  
• Responding to marketing queries via phone, email or social media.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns
• Liaising with and strengthening relationships with Marketing Specialists, the Events team, Executive Producers and Promo Producers within the Marketing Department. 

Requirements

• A National Senior Certificate is essential. 
• A National Diploma in Marketing / Advertising is essential.
• A minimum of 1 years experience in Marketing / Advertisement / Media Management is essential.
