Manager: Vegetative Propagation at TWK Agri

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee the clonal hedges
• Ensure that tasks are completed to ISO9001 standards
• Ensure strict adherence to procedures
• Ensure hygiene in tunnels
• Adherence to Health and Safety requirements
• Conduct trial work
• Maintenance of the tunnels, misting and watering
• Assist in the working and maintenance of the nursery when required
• Record information on a daily basis for computer capturing
• Maintain the stock levels of key materials

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• 5 years' experience in a Nursery
• Diploma in Horticulture
• Supervising experience
• Mechanical experience (advantageous)
• Driver's license (advantageous)
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English and Zulu
• Ability to work in a Team
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ablity to multi task
• Reliable individual
