    Manager: VB Care Enablement

    Role purpose:

    The Manager: VB Care Enablement role is based within Vodacom Business Unit.

    The role of the Manager: VB Care Enablement will lead several Enablement capabilities and functions to drive the service transformation within the EBU CARE division.  

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Quality Assurance

    • Provide leadership in defining, Designing, Continuous Improvement and leading a best-in-class Quality assurance framework, to provide an independent perspective on performance.
    • Implement, deploy & Embed technological tools and techniques to distil quality insights into our improvement framework.

    MIS and Analytics 

    • Accountable for creating a performance culture, through the automation of reports and extraction of key insights.
    • Accountable for analytical deep dives into specific problems or opportunities. 
    • Drive Deployment, Utilization and Optimization of key Analytics tools with an emphasis on Global and Group strategic objectives.

    Workforce Management 

    • Coordinator the WFM function as well as ensure forecast accuracy across the front and back office estate.
    • Deliver insights into budget-impacting WFM performance trends and ensure adherence to budget plans.

    Project & Change Management 

    • Coordinator the WFM function as well as ensure forecast accuracy across the front and back office estate with the key focus of driving Efficiencies.
    • Ensure compliance with our Programme Increment process.
    • Project/Programme manage key initiatives to deliver on intended benefits – Key Interface into ELT and SLT.
    • Drive benefit realization of the change initiatives.

    Cost Management & Optimization

    • Accurate OPEX planning, integration and management of budget forecast.

    Ideally you should possess the following:

    • Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
    • Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in Commerce, Science, Technology, or Engineering.
    • 5 to 7 years experience in the consulting or corporate environment with working experience in:
    • Business Analytics and data modeling.
    • Project and process management.
    • Operational Management - Experience in a customer-facing environment.
    • IT skills – modeling, analytics, etc.
    • Strong experience in Service / Demand Management.
