    Manager, People Transactional Services

    Position Overview:

    • As the Manager of People Transactional Services, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the People & Performance People Transactional Hub. Your mission will be to drive excellence across payroll and people administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee lifecycle.
    • You'll provide both strategic and operational leadership, defining and designing processes that enhance our payroll functions and overall transactional operations.

    Minimum Requirements    
    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
    • Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)

    EXPERIENCE: 

    • 8-10 years Relevant Operational Management or Management Consulting experience across the Human Capital value chain, with a demonstratable track record of shared services exposure, process improvement, project management and people leadership.
    • Proven ability to define and apply industry standards within the business, ensuring integrated, seamless and efficient people administration across the employee life-cycle. Strong orientation towards customer service and satisfaction, collaboration and communication, data analysis and change management.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and adapting to competing priorities. (Essential/Minimum) Management

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Ideal Candidate Profile (Includes but not limited to):

    Ability to:

    • To lead the People & Performance People Transactional Hub including but not limited to payroll and people administration across the employee life-cycle 
    • To provide strategics and operational leadership including defining, designing and driving the processes for Payroll, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the transactional hub
    • To ensure that the People & Performance processes and procedures are implemented in accordance with applicable policies and procedures and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
    • To optimise transactional processes and remain open to new ideas and innovative approaches that can improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. 
    • To analyse issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve problems. 
    • To collaborate with the People & Performance Centres of Excellence (COEs) in identifying, enhancing and integrating People & Performance processes and systems for seamless data flows, improved efficiencies and employee experiences 
    • To continuously identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation that improve the speed and accuracy of service delivery by the People Operations team.
