    Manager, Client Services - Johannesburg

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • To lead the client service lifecycle by developing and implementing client service strategies, procedures and standards in order to deliver a consistent client experience. To direct and control the client service function by developing the client service model and driving digital enhancements in order to strengthen Standard Trust Limited (STL) value proposition

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Completed Matric
    • Degree Business Commerce

    Experience

    • 10 years management experience in a Client Service environment, ideally within the financial service sector. A proven track record of success within a large operational area will be an advantage. Extensive experience in people management practices.
