    Manager: Admin And Finance (Wine Business) - GWK Trading, Douglas

    Job Description

    Responsible to manage all Administrative and Finance functions within the GWK wine Business.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting / Cost and Management Accounting / Finance / Administration
    • The suitable candidate must have at least 2-4 years of financial management experience
    • System maintenance and development experience.
    • BI experience
    • Code 8 Driver's License and own vehicle
    • Clear Criminal Record
    • Good administration skills

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Business Financial management & reporting.
    • Compiling of annual budget and forecasts
    • Monthly evaluation and preparation of financial figures.
    • Monthly compilation of the Management Reports.
    • Identify financial risk, make recommendation as well identifying financial opportunities.
    • Execution of Financial Year-end procedures.
    • BI Reporting and Development
    • Cashflow management and forecasts.
    • Ongoing review and improvement of existing business processes & procedures
    • Support strategic projects.
    • Handling client enquiries and provide timely feedback for possible solutions.
    • Stock management and monthly stock takes and recons.
    • Debtor and Creditor reconciliations.
    • Bank reconciliations.
    • Asset management and registers.
    • BRC Audit support.
    • Annual System set-up and maintenance.
    • Ensuring excellent service delivery as well as excellent quality work
