    Management Assistant

    Job Purpose:

    To provide the administrative support to the Retail Management Committee by executing administration duties and assisting in the implementation of procedures in Retail to ensure that the Retail management Committee is able to provide effective and smooth implementation in execution of strategic goals and objectives at Engen

    What you have done before:

    Baseline:

    • NQF Level 4 in Administration or Secretarial
    • 2 years’ experience in an Admin or Secretariat role;
    • Exposure as an Admin or Secretary for Senior Management;
    • Proficiency is using MS Office
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills

    Advantageous:

    Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity
    Flexible to Travel

    Exciting Challenges you might face in the role

    • Co-ordination of activities such as travelling,
    • Internal & external communication,
    • Diary management,
    • Payments to ensure adherence to corporate governance;
    • Effectively plan and co-ordinate Retail related events internally and externally
    • Professional interaction and communication with customers and service providers
