    What you'll be doing

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Assist local NI Head of Finance.
    • Prepare local management accounts.
    • Review local monthly financial reporting in the Group Oracle FCCS application.
    • Ensure that all recons are completed timeously and that all reconciling items are cleared
    • timeously.
    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Ensuring accurate weekly payment runs and ensure payments are aligned to approved budget
    • codes.
    • Assist with monthly payroll processing.
    • Authorise monthly customer billing and invoices.
    • Prepare monthly VAT for review.
    • Assist with the preparation of the annual budgets.
    • Assist with annual statutory financial audits.
    • Ensure local compliance with Group Finance policies.
    • Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
    • Ensure accuracy of work.
    • Maintain company asset register.

    What you'll need

    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • A degree in accounting and/or finance.
    • CIMA qualification or studying towards.
    • Computer literacy with a high degree of proficiency in MS Excel.
    • Knowledge and experience in financial reporting in accordance with IFRS.
    • Accurate with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to function independently and under pressure.
    • Ability to filter information and assess priorities.
    • Logical thinking.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge and experience in preparing payroll.
    • Knowledge and experience in financial data analysis.
    • Working knowledge of financial software such as SAGE Pastel and Oracle.
