Maintenance Supervisor - Brits at Beekman Group

Key Performance Areas:

• The position is supporting the Handyman in all aspects of the technical / mechanical side of the resort functions. Manage a team of workers, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects. Regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary.

 Position Requirements:

• Valid matric / Grade 12 certificate and code B driver’s licence
• 2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance position
• Sound knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general maintenance of the building.
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills
