Maintenance Clerk - Durban at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd

Job Description

The Maintenance Clerk role is responsible to execute the planned preventive maintenance system, scheduling all work on job card system.  Maintain the computerized maintenance program.

Qualification Requirements    

• Grade 12 with strong numerical and MS Office basic skill level
• Artisan Qualification is advantageous.
• Stores, planned maintenance qualifications will receive priority

Experience Requirements    

• 3-5 Years’ experience in planned Maintenance systems
• Knowledge of baking equipment/parts is advantageous
• Clear understanding of maintenance in factory environments
• Vehicle license is mandatory

Key Outputs    

• Maintenance admin tasks related to Maintenance HSE, FSSC and reporting
• Plan and schedule periodic maintenance on maintenance system
• Plan purchasing of specific parts with Buyer and/or storeman
• Close out all job cards on the system
• Provide data for decision-making from the maintenance system
• Assist value chain clerk with production related task
• Payroll
• Archiving of documentation
