Maintenance Administrator (Catoridge) at Measured Ability Group of Companies

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and procurement of the company and sintering plants; ensuring correct procurement procedure is followed and maintenance systems are maintained and controlled.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Mathematics)
• Procurement experience
• Computer Skill/ Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Previous work experience in similar working environment will be advantageous.
• Must have basic engineering knowledge (Able to identify and measure bolts, shafts etc. and be able to identify specific motor/gearbox sizes
• Experience in a Procurement Role
• Experience in an administrative Role
• Drivers license

Core Responsibilities: (Not Limited to):

• Managing the planning system and document control.
• Assisting carry out spare’s problems for staff.
• Managing contractors deliver spares.
• Controlling department training matrix and keep track on training schedule.
• Assist with documentation.
• Procurement for Engineering and consumables for the plant
• Assist to develop risk assessments for the stores.
• Assist to develop reports for month end.
• Stores and spares control
• Assis in document control for all statutory and standard safety items.
• Assist Incident Investigation and Management.
• Assist to develop planning works orders.
• Filing and maintaining maintenance system (Planned/Scheduled and Legal) to be audit ready.
• Receive spares/stock and update the spares/stock list.
• Collect spares in case of breakdowns or emergency needs.
• Attending planning and maintenance meetings and compilation of meeting minutes
