Machine Minder (Centurion) at RCL Foods

Job Description

• RCL FOODS is currently seeking for a Machine Minder to join the Baking Division in Centurion Speciality. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and operating processing line machinery to ensure optimum production and maintain condition of the machines.

Minimum Requirements    

• Matric/N3 equivalent 
• 2 Years experience in an FMCG or mechanical environment will be advantageous 

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Set up the machine to ensure the required quality standard of product 
• Monitor the speed and state of the machine to ensure maximum efficiency
• Highlight the pinpoint problem areas on machinery in order for corrective or preventative action to be carried out 
• Adhere to the ISO 14000, 18000 and 22000 standards in terms of production and machinery operation  
• Housekeeping, ensure the workstation is clean, neat and tidy in line with food safety 
• Complete checklist and records for traceability and audit purposes
