    Loss Adjustor, Short Term Insurance Claims

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • A Claims Loss Adjustors is designated for the sole purpose of assessing and establishments of facts on the actual incident that gave rise to damages and the claim of any loss class they are appointed on and ensure the validity is within the policy cover.
    • The process begins where the Loss Adjusting skill is called upon after registration of a claim by the claims floor on the system for allocation of a Loss Adjustor.
    • A Loss Adjustor will then be chosen based on his/her area of operations as Loss Adjustors are differentiated based on areas and regions they cover.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Diploma in Forensic Investigation/Risk Management/Fraud Detection or related studies
    • 3-5 years’ experience in Claims Investigations or Validations
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Short-Term Insurance industry
    • Experience within Commercial and Personal Lined Motor and Non-Motor Claims is advantageous 
    • Computer literacy
