Purpose Statement
To design and develop blended learning solutions that enable and enhance performance. This includes formal and informal learning methods such as e-learning, performance support tools, quick reference guides, “how to” guides, coaching guides, observation checklists, training videos, workshops etc.

Experience
Minimum:
3+ years’ experience in a learning design and facilitation role.
Proven experience of planning designing and delivering learning interventions.
Proven experience in the building and maintaining of key client relationships at a management level.
Working on cross – functional projects
Ideal:
5 years proven experience in Learning Design or Instructional Design and facilitation
Commercial or business banking environment experience.
Qualifications (Minimum)
National Diploma in Human Resources

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
