About the Job

• Recruiting for a Learning and Development/Talent Development experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Development/ Business Administration or related.

Required Experience:

• At least 3 – 5 years Learning and Development/ Talent Development experience, facilitating learning delivery,monitoring and execution of the internship programme

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of internship and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme.
• Assist with the development and submission of approved Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
• Programme & annual Training Plan
• An in-depth understanding and application of B-BBEE
• Liaising with the relevant SETA/QCTO to maximise the benefits of partnerships/relationships;
• Compile regular and Ad hoc management reports.
