    Learning and Development Generalist

    Job Role:
    As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping tsolve complex business issues from strategy texecution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

    • Pursue opportunities tdevelop existing and new skills outside of comfort zone.
    • Act tresolve issues which prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty.

    Experience :

    • 3-5 years applicable experience
    • Experience in training and team management, design and facilitation
    • Extensive experience with appropriate computer software, including Ms Office and Google ( Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint)

    Competencies / Skills:

    • Team player whis willing twork hard tbuild strong and productive relationships at all levels across the firm
    • Ability ttranslate a L&D vision inttangible deliverables;
    • Working knowledge of learning methodologies
    • Project management and analytical skills;
    • Commercial mindset effectively utilising the expertise
    • and resources available tdeliver against the Advisory L&D strategy;
    • Ability trun effective meetings with stakeholders
    • from all levels – structure and facilitate meetings, interviewing skills
    • Advanced level of excel and powerpoint is preferable
