• Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is responsible for market conduct regulation and supervision. The objective of the FSCA is to enhance and support the efficiency
• and integrity of financial markets and to protect financial customers by promoting fair treatment by financial institutions as well as providing financial customers with
• financial education and maintaining financial stability.

Roll out plan of the programme

• Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) seeks to provide a learnership opportunity to an unemployed learner with Grade 12 to develop essential professional skills.
• The learnership programme will be for 12 months. The learner will be placed under the Learning and Development function within the Human Resources Department.

Duration

• One-year learnership, non-renewable contract.
