JOB DESCRIPTION

• To lead, and drive the design practices across allocated delivery teams (within the program/portfolio). Plan and oversee delivery, ensuring that the appropriate resources are available, and that designs are developed and maintained within Group Design standards and practices. Lead and manage the Design resources, building the required capacity, capability and competencies.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
• Field of Study: Information Studies

Experience Required

• Experience & Software Design
• Technology
• 8-10 years
• Demonstrated workplace experience within the area of specialisation with evidence of exposure to leading teams (3-4 years' people management experience). Variety of experience both internal and external to the Financial Services sector.
