    Key Account Manager

    About the Role:

    •  My client is seeking a Key Account Manager with strong sales skills and technical knowledge. In this role, the candidate will meet with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide effective digital solutions, clearly communicating complex technical concepts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage key accounts and build strong client relationships.
    • Provide tailored digital solutions to meet client needs.
    • Communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Engage in business development to identify new opportunities and drive growth.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in gamification, automation, and integration.

    Experience:

    • Familiarity with technical jargon and concepts.
    • Experience with sales or customer support.
    • Experience or interest in gamification, automation, and integration is a plus.
