    Key Account Manager, Combo, Road Logistics

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 5 Years sales experience of which at least 3 must be in logistics or solution selling.
    • Own Vehicle, driver’s license, ability to work overtime and travel nationally.

    Qualifications:

    • Matric (Essential).
    • Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous.

    Elective:

    • Logistics, business management qualification.

    Computer packages:

    • MS Outlook (Advanced).
    • MS Excel (Advanced).
    • MS Word (Advanced).
    • PowerPoint (Advanced).

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Respond to and manage incoming communication from business and customers.
    • Conduct Operational, Tactical and Strategic meetings with each customer on regular intervals.
    • Produce SLA reports and drive change required.
    • Ensure contractual compliance and corporate governance with each customer.
    • Manage and maintain customer debtors.
    • Keep accurate and up to date records of all customer engagements.
    • Identify new opportunities within current customer base.
    • Identify new customers within current DSV Road service spectrum.
